There are four ways to order from this site:

1) Online through Paypal.
Ordering is easy with our secure online shopping cart. Just click on the "Add to Cart" button to purchase items. Ordering is fast, free and secure. (Note: it is not necessary to have a Paypal account.)
2)Customized Email Payments.
If you are requesting a custom order, or of you have any trouble with the Paypal form, call or send me an email telling me what you would like to order and I will prepare a secure, customized email invoice.
3) By Mail.
Follow the Order Form link. Print this page, fill out and mail with a check or money order to the address below. Check, money order or credit card orders accepted. (Please make checks or money orders out to Andrea Jansen Designs. Out of state checks must be cleared prior to shipping.)
4) By Phone.
If you just don't want to bother with forms or computers, then give me a ring.

I realize you may be hesitant about buying art without being able to touch it and inspect it up close. I would, too. Therefore, website orders may be returned within 90 days after the item is delivered for a Full Refund or Exchange, no questions.

Items purchased elsewhere have a Limited Warranty and may be returned within 90 days of purchase for an Exchange or Replacement due to any manufacturing defects.

Shipping and insurance charges, via USPS Priority Mail for the United States and its territories, are calculated and added to orders as follows:

Orders totaling up to $50.00, add $10.00
Orders totaling $50.01 to $150.00, add $13.00
Orders totaling $150.01 to $399.99, add $15.00
Orders totaling $300.01 to $500.00, add $25.00
Orders totaling over $500.00 FREE Shipping

International orders, via Global Priority, will be calculated at 20% of total order amount.

Please note that insurance is required on all purchases. We do our best to assure that pieces are properly wrapped (left), but if breakage occurs be sure to save the box and all packing materials to submit a claim to the Post Office. Contact us for additional instructions.

Available gourds will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
